About Emergency Outpatient

  • Our hospital collaborates with the local community and has established a system that allows us to treat emergency patients 24 hours a day, including nights, holidays and late at night. However, as an emergency and critical care center, our hospital provides emergency treatment for patients in serious conditions who are seen by ambulance.
  • Other emergency services are carried out in accordance with the rules of the emergency system in Asahikawa City, so please be aware of this to use emergency medical care.
  • If the patient is transported by ambulance, the accompanying person should stay in the hospital as much as possible during the examination, contact travel agencies, insurance companies, etc., and manage baggages.

※At our hospital, for patients who come to have an examination at night or on holidays, our dedicated nurses determine the degree of urgency and the order of examination based on criteria using “Triage and Acuity Scale”.

Also, please note that even after determining the degree of urgency, the order of examination may be changed depending on the patient’s condition.
